Et Léman Terre is a real-estate company based in Geneva.
It was created in February 2007 by Daniel Lavallée whom, before taking the decision to create his own company, has worked in the real-estate business since 1968 and whom has worked, since 1984, for one of Geneva’s most renowned companies as Director of the “Land and Building Acquisition Department”.
He has developed exceptional dealing skills and a strong expertise and has, during those years, been in charge of some of the most challenging projects in Geneva.
Our company is specialised in selling buildings, enclosing either apartments, offices or both and which are usually located in Geneva. Our Clients acquire those buildings mainly for investment purposes. We also sell luxurious villas generally located in Switzerland or in the South of France.
Daniel Lavallée is a member of the CEI (Swiss Chamber of Experts in real-estate) and of the APGCI (Association involving Managing Directors and real-estate brokers). On this account, he is regularly solicited to give lessons to employees working in the real-estate business.
Both associations act toward enhancing the overall image of the real-estate profession, increasing the training and improving the standards required for the evaluation of a building, helping the legal and administrative authorities in their choice of an Expert for their federal, cantonal and communal offices, etc.
The criteria’s to become a member of those associations are extremely high and entail a moral obligation, that is a code of ethics which aim is to guarantee moral and professional principles towards the public.
